Monoclonal Antibodies For Mouse Cd3 Chain

Abstract

Investigators at University of California have developed a hybridoma cell line that produces monoclonal antibodies with specificity for the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex in the mouse, This antibody can be used to study the expression and function of CD3 on murine thymocytes.
